TTUHSC PharmD Early Assurance Program Application

Reserve your non-binding seat in an upcoming PharmD class while participating in our program opportunities along the way. 

If you ultimately enroll at TTUHSC SOP PharmD program, you will be eligible for program scholarships and have your choice of campus priority!

Application
  • Applications will be considered from December 1st and March 1st each year.
  • Current and past college transcripts are required (can be unofficial transcripts).
    • You will be eligible after your first completed semester in college.
    • You must have a 3.0 overall undergraduate GPA with at least 15 semester credit hours (SCH).
    • You must have a 3.0 Pre-Pharmacy GPA with at least two Pre-Pharmacy courses completed.
      • Pre-Pharmacy Prerequisite courses:
        • 4 SCH Biology I w/ lab (for majors)
        • 4 SCH Biology II w/ lab (for majors)
        • 4 SCH Chemistry I w/ lab (for majors)
        • 4 SCH Chemistry II w/ lab (for majors)
        • 4 SCH Organic Chemistry I w/ lab
        • 4 SCH Organic Chemistry II w/ lab
        • 4 SCH Microbiology w/ lab
        • 4 SCH Physics w/ lab
        • 3 SCH Calculus
        • 3 SCH Statistics
        • 3 SCH Public Speaking
  • Statement of Intent: Includes the prospective student’s interest and intention in the field of pharmacy and point of entry into the TTUHSC SOP.
  • 3 short answer essays (topics to be determined)
  • An extracurricular report summarizing their activities at the high school and collegiate levels.
  • Once application is complete, qualified applicants will be invited to interview. 
Complete the application below and we will grant you access to submit your unofficial transcripts, extracurricular report, Statement of Intent and your personal essays. 

Program Requirements if Accepted
  • Remain in good academic and disciplinary standing.
  • Maintain a 3.0 overall GPA and 3.0 PPGPA.
  • Meet for an advising/coaching session once a semester with a TTUHSC SOP Admissions Advisor.
  • Participate in admission programming.
